Things to Know Before You Book! 

Appointment Deposits Required!

  • $100 deposit for New Dreadlock appointments 
  • $50 deposit for Maintenance appointments. 
  • Check your email for details.

Send Us Your Photos

New clients must email or text us a photo of their hair.  Photos must be received at least one week prior to your appointment, if not we will have to reschedule your appointment.  It's very important that we make sure enough time has been set aside for your selected appointment.  If scheduling a New Dreadlock appointment, we'd love if you also included some photos of how you'd like your locs to look once they have matured.  This will also assist us with setting aside enough time for your appointment.

 

Cancellations

Please give at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  If you are going to be late, please contact your loctician directly and let them know.  We may need to reschedule your appointment.  Your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.

If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying us or canceling your appointment online, you will not be allowed to schedule with us in the future unless you pay for the appointment that you missed. 

 

Check Your E-Mail!

​After Scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes special instructions regarding how to make your deposit and important shop location information. The day prior to your appointment you should also receive a reminder text!  We also send discount information and special announcements via email.
