Things to Know Before You Book! 

Please read our policies before you schedule your appointment!

Appointment Deposits Required!

  • $100 deposit for New Dreadlock appointments 
  • $50 deposit for Maintenance appointments. 

Send Us Your Photos

New clients must email or text us a photo of their hair.  Photos must be received at least one week prior to your appointment, if not we will have to reschedule your appointment.  It's very important that we make sure enough time has been set aside for your selected appointment.  If scheduling a New Dreadlock appointment, we'd love if you also included some photos of how you'd like your locs to look once they have matured.  This will also assist us with setting aside enough time for your appointment.

No Call - No Show

If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled and 72 hours or more notice is given, your deposit will be returned, or it can be applied to your next appointment. In case of an emergency when less than 72 hours notice is given, refunds will be left up to the discretion of the Loctician.  If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notifying us or canceling your appointment online, your deposit will be forfeited.  If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment you will not be rebooked without paying for the remaining balance of your missed appointment and paying in full for your new appointment.

Check Your E-Mail!

​After Scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes special instructions regarding how to make your deposit and important shop location information. The day prior to your appointment you should also receive a reminder text!  We also send discount information and special announcements via email.  We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone.

Special Arrangements 

 We have a wide variety of scheduling options, including early morning, late night and weekend appointments. We should be able to accommodate your needs.  In the off chance that we cannot, and you need to schedule on a day that we are off or it is outside of our scheduled work hours we may make an exception but there will be a $50 fee to do so.  Text us with your request and we will let you know if we can make it happen.
